The Pink Cabana is an ingredient-driven restaurant featuring Mediterranean cuisine with a Moroccan influence. Designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard, the Pink Cabana is designed to be a fresh modern take on the great tennis and racquet clubs of the 50’s and 60’s in Palm Springs.

The Pink Cabana also specializes in elevated libations, featuring unique wines from Mediterranean climates designed to pair with all of our culinary offerings. We also feature a variety of craft and seasonal cocktails influenced by the Great Spice Route. With a wide range of specialty aperitifs and digestifs, the Pink Cabana is a highly curated wine and spirit destination.

Love the food, the setting, etc. I like the unusual wine choices, but did miss the Vermentino I had last time I was there. I always enjoy my experience at Pin Cabana.

So, I love this restaurant but something super weird happened. My sister picked out a $75 bottle of wine. The server poured to me first. Then we got the bill and he served us a $300 bottle of wine. When we got the bill his only reply was, “Well, that’s what I presented to you”. Never in 30 years of ordering wine has this happened. It was so awkward, we just paid it. I guess I need to start looking at labels and not accept this service as a formality.

I was a little early and my table wasn’t ready so I decided to stay at the bar and eat. The bartender I don’t remember his name was very attentive and kind and my food came out very quickly and was delicious. It was a Friday night and there was a wedding party there and it was definitely lively, it was cool to see an in and out 18 wheeler truck there for the private party. Even after eating my dinner it was really great to smell an In-N-Out cheeseburger on my way out.lol lol

The food is usually very good, but the fish (halibut) was overcooked. The last three times there the service was terrible. Constantly waiting for the waitress to take drink,food,dessert orders. We love the ambience, though, the only thing that brings us back

One of my favorite dining experiences in the area. Wonderful atmosphere… and in my opinion., seriously delicious food..halibut to die for..I always look forward to a stop here. Thank you.

Beautiful setting with Moroccan vibe: tile pattered floors, palm frond wallpaper, rattan backed chairs, and sparkling bar populated by beautiful people showing a lot of skin. You can imagine you are in a different time and place. However...the service is molasses slow, the drink prices are ridiculously high, and when they served my tiny portion of halibut with a spoonful of corn puree for $46, I almost laughed. Meanwhile my husband's very chewy steak came with a double portion of salad and a large serving of fries. Fortunately he shared with me. This is arguably one of the loudest restaurants I've visited. The tile floors make hearing conversation almost impossible. If you go, consider asking for a quieter outside table. Either way, you might sit 20 min before a waiter serves you. It's more a place to be seen than to eat.
