I had an amazing experience at Phoenix Kitchen! The food was absolutely fantastic, full of flavor and beautifully presented. Our server was attentive and friendly, making us feel very welcome. The entire staff was great, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience!

Service was excellent, food was very good. The salmon was delicious as was the chicken pot pie. Some mixed reviews about the prime rib. The diner was slightly put off by the smokiness of the beef. Desserts were delightful! Overall a great experience!

We came on a very cold Thursday, just for the fried chicken special. The hostess should have mentioned right away that they were out of fried chicken, but no. They waited until we were seated & comfortable, brought us water & then broke the bad news. We asked for some sort of compensation, since the only reason we were there was for the fried chicken. Maybe a free drink or free glass of wine or 10% off the bill - no, nothing. We were told to come back next week, mention ahead of time that we want fried chicken, & they would reserve some for us. Really? That's your solution? We should have left, but the rest of our group was to embarrassed to do so. Well, we don't go out every week & there are plenty of choices for restaurants around; we don't need to go there. The food we had was good, the service adequate. Phoenix Kitchen had been one of our favs, but not so much any more.

Hi Linda, I'm sorry for your poor experience and understand your disappointment. However, it is not the hostess's job to inform of any shortages. Like you noted the server informed you immediately. As for discounts or half priced wine; we do run other specials on specific days but we don't offer them as replacements. The solution offered is the best way to 100% guarantee you will get fried chicken. I do apologize we didn't have any for you last night; unfortunately due to weather and business trends we didn't expect the wonderful turn out that we had. This is our third week running this special and we will certainly take this failing as a lesson and refine our process of determining available quantities moving forward. As I'm sure you can imagine, it's not exact math. Best, Chef Scott

We never have a bad meal at The Phoenix! We love that the menu changes frequently and how you can order traditional comfort food but it’s somehow better than anything else you’ve tasted. I had the chicken pot pie and it was SO tasty and delicious! My brother had the prime rib and he loved it. Dad had the vodka sauce rigatoni, which he gobbled right up, and mom had the salmon (as always). We love The Phoenix!

Great place, great atmosphere and the service is outstanding. Our server Kathy is phenomenal. Our drinks were at the table within minutes and our food was out quickly as well.
