Based on Saltaire's bustling main road, it's at the heart of this World Heritage site.

Please note, due to the type of building, we are limited with disabled access. We can offer access on the main floor, but our toilet facilities are located on the first floor.

Even though in my starter the prawn wasn’t deveined and on my main the beef was tough, the flavours were beautifully balanced, service was excellent and the ambience was perfect. Not my first time at The Pepper Mill and won’t be my last.

Waiter polite and very amenable… great service and food outstanding … definitely recommend.. more pricey for local but so worth it..

Incredible from start to finish! The steak and peppercorn sauce was genuinely the best I’ve had in a long time. The German wine we chose was incredible and the general atmosphere and staff was just great. I’d highly recommend here for a lovely meal anytime and can’t wait to come back

Never been disappointed by the food at The Pepper Mill. Menu good, although perhaps a little limited if avoiding meat or fish which I love. The menu changes from time to time and not all the expected options so you can try new things and be pleased you have! Prices reflect food quality. Nice to have local restaurant at this standard rather than having to travel further afield. The food is always cooked to order and there is no sense of anything other than prepared on the premises. Service always good and nice to see continuity of waiting staff. We drink a lot of water as well as the wine and we are cheerfully served as many bottles as we like. Visited early this week , 5.45 pm Saturday which we found quite noisy, some of the party are struggling with hearing without admitting it! We have found 7pm booking a bit quieter at least at first. Have eaten here during the day too and serves brunch dishes that are good.

We had the early bird menu which we found fantastic value for excellent quality food. Service was friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend.
