James Beard Award winning Chef Todd English brings his vibrant his culinary mind to the arts district of Las Vegas with The Pepper Club. Asian Fusion with locally sourced ingredients and complimented by upscale beverage options. Signature dishes include Ube French Toast, Tuna Crispy Rice, Pepper's Burger, JFC Sandwich.

Open for brunch daily and offerings of happy hour from 3:30-7pm daily. Patio seatings available.

I truly enjoyed celebrating my birthday during brunch at The Pepper Club. The vibrant atmosphere and delicious menu made the day feel extra special. I'm especially grateful for my server and her support team; they provided wonderful service and were incredibly kind to all of my guests. Their attention to detail and genuine care truly enhanced the experience, making it a memorable occasion for everyone involved.

I was late to my reservation but the hostess was very accommodating and I was seated shortly after I arrived. The food was fantastic although I will say the ube French toast was a bit tough on the outside. The chicken and waffles were delicious, the matcha was a different twist. The truffle fries were absolutely amazing! The ube-bae cocktail tasted like a piña colada & the casino royale tasted like straight up gin. Very loud space but enjoyable. 8/10 recommend.

This was our second time having brunch at the restaurant and it will become a regular event for us - the food and the service were both excellent!

Overall it was a great experience! It did take over 20 minutes and having to ask for a server to come to our table.. but once they did it was great! Teo gentleman were very attentive refilling water around the restaurant which was very appreciated. The ube french toast was fabulous, the eggs Benedict with salmon was also great but the choice of toast did make it a bit soggy towards the end, and the avocado toast has almost no avocado on it (which was disappointing for $20 with egg). Overall we had a wonderful time!
