James Beard Award winning Chef Todd English brings his vibrant his culinary mind to the arts district of Las Vegas with The Pepper Club. Asian Fusion with locally sourced ingredients and complimented by upscale beverage options. Signature dishes include Ube French Toast, Tuna Crispy Rice, Pepper's Burger, JFC Sandwich.

Open for brunch daily and offerings of happy hour from 3:30-7pm daily. Patio seatings available.

We made a reservation and ended up getting there earlier, and they still were able to accommodate us. We ended up sitting at the bar and the bartenders were nice and accommodating. The food was excellent and the drinks were superb. Albeit not very big it was very stylish and vibeyyy.

I had a wonderful time for my birthday brunch. Our servicer Shannon was amazing. The food was amazing. The venue was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place. It is awesome!

Love sitting on the patio when the weather permits. I find the indoor seating chilly and noisy. Happy hour prices were a nice surprise. Had the salmon which I didn't love the preparation and I was expecting veggies on the plate..would recommend ordering a side because you basically get a large piece of salmon. The steak frite was tough to cut. The place is no longer run by Todd English is my understanding..menu isn't as inventive as before, but probably more appealing to the masses..

This was our 2nd back at pepper club. I love the jfc chicken and waffles. And some excited they have gf version. They had the new seasonal drinks out. Had to try them. Psl espresso martini was delicious and new sangria is a must try. So refreshing. Def going to take my brother when he visits in November. The service and staff were awesome.

Very pleased with our brunch at the Pepper Club! Service was amazing. Started with the hostess who opened up the outside seating even though it was closed just because we asked if it would be opened soon. Server and staff were great as well and the food was phenomenal. Food was of high quality and way cheaper than comparable restaurants on the strip. We will come back again!

The Pepper Club is located in an area with very limited curbside parking and only a very small hotel lot. We searched for a parking space for 15 minutes and even went i to the restaurant to tell the hostess we wouldn’t be able to honor our reservation if we could not find a place to park. Fortunately, a space opened up at the last minute . We were seated at a lovely curved booth…but then waited for about 10 minutes before anyone noticed us. We waved down Marcel, a wonderful man who then took very good care of us we for the rest of the evening. We chose The Pepper Club for its Asian fusion menu…however, there was no sushi chef at work that Wednesday night and therefore, that whole side of the menu was unavailable. Our chicken sandwiches were delicious and Marcel, a talented conversationalist, made our evening enjoyable. However, we probably would not go back it was far less predictable than any good restaurant should be.

The recommendations were spot on and the creativity of drinks was spectacular. Best meal we’ve had thus far in Vegas!
