Fantastic every time!! The service was great, water glass was never empty, appetizer came out quick and was delicious, and the main dish (scallops) was perfection. Went on a Friday night and walked right in.

Good food. More expensive than anticipated. Portions on smaller side but everything very tasty and service was great. Would for sure go back.

We were celebrating my granddaughter’s 17th birthday. The tempura asparagus appetizer was superb. The tempura coating was crispy, not greasy and the asparagus still firm. My granddaughter had the fried green tomatoes also very good. My scallops were cooked to perfection and the grits with jalapeño honey were flavorful without being overly spicy. My daughter enjoyed the risotto with shrimp, chorizo and mussels. My son-in-law had the steak burger which he thoroughly enjoyed. Our server Alac M was attentive without being overbearing. It was a great evening.

Probably the best restaurant in the country——No frills, very laid back, casual but elegant at the same time.—-I find The People’s Kitchen a found, lost treasure.—-

The staff are all extremely knowledgeable about the food and drink. They are willing and able to ascertain what a customer might enjoy with just a few questions. I have been here many times and am never disappointed. We had the charcuterie, the ribeye and for dessert the key lime macaroons…delightful!
