This fall, The Pembroke introduces Sunday Supper, an innovative series starting October 6. Hosted on the first Sunday of each month, this three-course, family-style meal features ingredients from the Dupont Circle Farmers Market. Each month, a different member of our culinary team will present a unique menu inspired by their personal or cultural traditions. The inaugural event, led by recently appointed Executive Chef Christian Welch, highlights Sicilian cuisine with dishes like Porchetta from Autumn Olive Farm in Virginia, Sfincione flatbread, and homemade Stracciatella Ice Cream for dessert. Join us for a culinary tradition in the making, priced at $60 per adult and $30 per child.

I clearly stated that I am Gluten Free due to celiac several times prior to ordering. Yet, what was served had gluten and cross contaminated. Very disappointing for a Michelin rated restaurant.

It took over 1.5 hours after ordering for our food to come to the table. They provided desert (without request) and a discount (only after requested), which was appropriate, however, the wait time was completely unacceptable.

Went here for a dinner with a colleague. The service was outstanding! The food was delicious. We split the beet salad, risotto, and bucatini. The cocktails were on point. Very enjoyable experience.

If you are staying at this hotel and want to get a bite without leaving this is the place for you. If you want to have a nice celebration with family and friends, it’s a no. We were a party of five. Our server was inattentive and unresponsive. He never once asked if we were celebrating anything. He never asked if we were ready to order when he came to the table. He just had his pen and pad in his hand and looked at us and expected us to speak. He never said ma’am, are you ready to order when moving on to the next guest at the table. My friend placed an order for a mimosa which she never received until a manager was notified. By then my other friends had already received their second round of drinks. The food was inconsistent. I ordered the Pembroke American breakfast with turkey bacon instead of pork bacon. It was a simple yet decent breakfast. Two of my friends ordered the chicken and sweet potato waffle. Upon receiving the order only one had a side of syrup and was sent back due to the poor quality of the waffle. Another friend ordered steak and eggs which came out cold and had to be sent back. We received assistance from the manager Kyle who was excellent. A busser also came to the table and made us feel welcomed and asked if we were celebrating anything. I was looking forward to trying this place as a DC native and having never been and was very disappointed. I hope that other guests have a better experience moving forward.

I stumbled upon this restaurant based on rave reviews and I have to say, it certainly lived up to expectations! We made a reservation for 10:30 AM on a Monday and when we arrived, our table was ready. Although we would've enjoyed sitting outdoors, the indoor seating was extremely comfortable and the ambience was nice. Our server was very attentive and brought everything out in a timely manner. We noticed we were missing an orange juice that we had ordered, and he quickly brought it out to us. The food itself was delicious. As a party of 4, we each ordered separate meals, each one being spectacular. It's clear that there is intention behind the creation of the menu, and this restaurant is certainly worth visiting - even if you're not a guest at the hotel. Overall, I'd say it met expectations, if not exceeded them. The next time we're in the DC area, I will definitely consider revisiting this venue!

Great Brunch. I had the chicken and sweet potato waffle. It was very tasty. Service was warm and attentive. I will definitely go back again and bring other friends.

The food was really disappointing. We had Saturday brunch, and our Maryland crab eggs Benedict were lukewarm and gloopy. For the cost it really wasn’t up to scratch. Good Bloody Mary. And nice waiter.

Lovely place for brunch. Great food, well cooked and lots of choice. It is a very pleasant place to eat, particularly on the terrace. No rushing, no tight tables and not too noisy. Great service too. Very nice.
