This fall, The Pembroke introduces Sunday Supper, an innovative series starting October 6. Hosted on the first Sunday of each month, this three-course, family-style meal features ingredients from the Dupont Circle Farmers Market. Each month, a different member of our culinary team will present a unique menu inspired by their personal or cultural traditions. The inaugural event, led by recently appointed Executive Chef Christian Welch, highlights Sicilian cuisine with dishes like Porchetta from Autumn Olive Farm in Virginia, Sfincione flatbread, and homemade Stracciatella Ice Cream for dessert. Join us for a culinary tradition in the making, priced at $60 per adult and $30 per child.

Parties who book this option will be seated at a table with fellow diners, creating a warm atmosphere for creating new connections.
