Welcome to The Pem, the award-winning restaurant in the heart of Westminster, led by Chef Sally Abé. We're delighted to have earned our ranking in the National Restaurant Awards and Square Meal's Top 100 lists for 2023. Our restaurant is located close to where some of the most incredible moments in British history have taken place and our menus are a reflection of both classic and modern flavours, sourced locally, and curated seasonally, by Sally and the team. Join us for our Set Lunch Menu, which, with the caliber of stunning dishes on offer, has to be one of London's best-value tasting menus at 2 courses for £35. Lunch guests can choose between the likes of 'Venison tartare, preserved elderberries, truffled egg yolk, beech mushrooms,' 'Braised pork jowl, crab apples, pink fir potatoes, calvados,' and 'Roasted ceps, Jerusalem artichoke, cavolo nero, Old Winchester.

Excellent restaurant in The Conrad St. James. Never seemed to be very crowded during our stay, but well worth eating here. Very creative and inventive fare.

The food was crafted by artists; absolutely as delicious as it was original and beautiful! Great service and a very nice atmosphere. I highly recommend.

A must visit, the food is amazingly presented, the service was outstanding and the flavours are worth a Michelin star! A formal but informal way to have a wonderful dinner when in the city

Lovely meal with great staff. Only slight criticism would be that the price of wine is a little high in my opinion

Delicious food served with professional care in sumptuous and easy to access surroundings. We were delighted when chef Sally came to say hello. The set lunch is extremely good value for food of this quality. I would not hesitate to recommend The Pem.

Great meal. Very good, despite being part of a hotel (something I normally try and avoid). The food was excellent and the servive very attentive. Occasionally had to ask for more wine but no drama. Tables were large and well-spaced giving lots of privacy. Lovely meal - will come back.
