In the scenic heart of Sequoia National Park, enjoy dishes that range from savory pan-seared ruby-red trout, to the perfect pound of pure grass-fed beef in a mouth-watering burger. The filet and the duckling were on point! The drinks from around the world were awesome as well! Great value. Service was okay.

we stayed at the wuksachi hotel for 5 nights and ate here every night. We tried almost everything on the menu. Everything was delicious, fresh and reasonably priced.

First the waitress took forever to get our orders. Then she forgets the drinks. There are only 2 vegan options.. I’ve decided to get the acorn vegan main dish, $24! Big mistake. Left there hungry. The waitress again kept saying she was going to check if the soup was vegan and she never did. Took forever to get the check. Needless to say I’ll not come back.

We got the filet the first night. It was really good the first night. I got the filet the second night, not quite as good but ok. My other half got the orange glazed duck and said it was very tasteless with not hint of orange and very undercooked. Ambience was nice and cozy with the fireplace going. Service was slow but very pleasant. I would recommend it!

Soups were cold, service was cold, meals were not hot and were undercooked. Service was slow but friendly. Disappointed we drove an hour to what we thought was going to be a nice dinner.

In French ! Je me suis retrouvé humble à Séquoia Park dans un lieu sauvage, calme, respectueux de l’espace de l’ours, le feu de bois, une bière dans l’ambiance de General Sherman, une crainte des montagnes rocheuses, en Novembre des grêlons… Freeman

Reviews were all over the place, but staying at the lodge made eating here a no-brainer. Some have said the service was slow and servers who didn’t care, but we had the complete opposite experience. Our server Andrew was amazing and gave us great recommendations. Also, the food came out quickly in the right order and timing. He recommended the pot pie for my wife because it was homemade at the restaurant, and he was right, it was amazing. We shared a berry salad which was very good. I had the hamburger which was cooked well done, no pink. I like medium rare on my meats, so if you also like a little pink in your meat, ask for it when you order. The room was full, but still fairly quiet, so we could have a good conversation without raising our voices.
