Situated in the beautiful grounds of Wildernesse House is the Pavilion restaurant. Our chef prepares delicious dishes with an emphasis on fresh and seasonal produce. Expect to find dishes such as guinea fowl coq au vin, garlic and lime Catalan giant tiger prawns, seafood bouillon and rosemary and garlic roasted rack of lamb.

The Pavilion restaurant is set in the grounds of an impressive manor house, leaving you to dine al la carte in the restaurant or enjoy an afternoon tea on the patio surrounded by manicured gardens.

When booking a table in the evening, please be aware that we are a residential home and as such we ask that guests depart the restaurant by 09:00pm and have consideration for our neighbor's when leaving.

Please be aware when visiting that there is a security gate on entry, the code for which is written on the gate. You will find the Pavilion restaurant next to the main house, opposite the Mews Houses. Ample parking available.

As always very attentive staff, one criticism the wine waitress just plonked the bottle of wine on our table without asking if we would like to taste it. The actual meal was excellent, as we had another person with us there was no problem accommodating them.

Always very good food well cooked & well presented. Lovely light & airy restaurant & very good service. If we have visitors we often bring them here.

Amazing setting and beautiful ambience. Waiter was brilliant as i took my young daughter. Nice Menu, and great drinks. Food could be better. The prawn gyozas didn't taste fresh. The roast lamb needed more seasoning.

A first, and certainly not last, visit to The Pavilion for us. It was amazing - food was fabulous, choice really good. The staff, however, were the icing on the cake. The food & beverage manager was so good - a real asset to the restaurant. The chef also spend a long time talking with us, giving us details of his background, information on The Pavilion and the plans for this. There was no other bookings at the time of our visit so there was a lack of atmosphere but this did not really take too much away from the experience. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Overall another lovely experience, the food was tasty although a bit on the meagre side, disappointed with the wine waitress as the wine unopened and plonked on the table, not asked if we would like to taste it and not pored.

I have dined here on many occasions and never been disappointed, it was my daughters first visit and she sang it’s praises all the way home. We all had three courses with a bottle of wine, a truly wonderful experience.

Delicious food and great service. We held a large family lunch here and the staff were friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back!
