Every Friday, step into our Parlour for a traditional cream tea indulgence. Each 45-minute sitting offers an endless pot of tea of your choice, paired with a variety of sweeteners, creams, and alternatives. Savor our freshly baked English scone, garnished with tempting toppings like luscious strawberry jam, creamy clotted cream, and a special spread of the season. Complete the experience with 4 bites of traditional vegetarian tea sandwiches for a truly gratifying afternoon. Booking in advance guarantee a table, but we welcome walk-ins based on availability.

We got the Vanderbilt service for two and sat in the pink room. Absolutely loved the antique parlour decor, service, and the unique selection of sandwiches and sweets. We left feeling full! Servers were excellent- friendly, attentive, and great at leaving us space to enjoy our experience. Our only wish was that we could have stayed longer!

Establishment and Ambience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Oh my goodness, what an adorable bijou establishment. I’m sure there will be some people who won’t like this old eclectic style, but I liked its messiness. It rather made me think of the mad hatters tea party. Level of Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️ It really wasn’t busy, so I felt the service should have been better. I asked if they had a plain Assam tea as all I could see on the menu was a cinnamon, chicory and Yerba mate Assam blend called Nola Assam. I was told they did, unfortunately what I received was the Nola flavored blend that I didn’t want. I drank it, but it wasn’t what I asked for or wanted. During or after the meal we were not asked if everything was enjoyable. No server came to see if we needed anything else, the level of detail I just felt was missing today. Food ⭐️⭐️ My allergy was remembered, but a different sandwich was not offered, they doubled up on the chicken salad. The bread on the sandwiches was very dry. I am sure they had been prepared a while before. I also wasn’t impressed with the quality of the filings or some of the sandwich combinations. The Petite fours I did not enjoy at all, especially the matcha cream puff. This was just like a liquid inside, really not good. The scone I have to say was delicious and the only part of the afternoon tea that I enjoyed. It had a lovely texture and a nice crisp to the outside. More preserves and cream was certainly needed. There wasn’t enough for one let alone two people. Tea and Tea Ware ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I do like mismatched China, not something I do often at home but here it worked. The tea of course wasn’t what I wanted but it was enjoyable, just not a blend I would opt for with afternoon tea. I did ask what company tea they used, the server was going to find out, but never did let me know.

I’m a big afternoon tea lover and the Brooklyn high low was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in New York. You can order you tea beforehand so you literally just get to sit down and chat with whoever you’re with (no interruptions except for when they explain your tea tray to you). Also everything was delicious! We did the Grand Vanderbilt option and it was just enough (almost too much) food for two of us. It’s definitely on my list of places to return to!

It is always a wonderful experience, but this was even better than usual. The employees were so kind and thoughtful! They even gave me a birthday cake! We will be back again!

We all had a wonderful experience. It was our first time together. The service and all the different teas, vegetarian mini sandwiches scones and strawberry Jam was delicious. I felt like I was back in time in my Grandmother’s brownstone house with all the antiques. We Weill be back soon. Thank you for all that you did for us. It was appreciated.

Adorable place with the loveliest, most caring customer service imaginable. The tea selection is insane, and it’s all delicious! The sandwiches are always stellar. As for the pastries and sweets, they leave a lot to be desired, and aren’t as impressive compared to the sandwiches and tea. Your mileage may vary!
