It is a really nice place, but the bar wasn't open and doesn't open until 4.00pm. all that was available was tea and coffee. we visited with a plan to have cocktails so not really great for us.

An excellent spot for light bites, coffee, cocktails whatever. Quiet and quirky surroundings and a relaxed ambience; a Clerkenwell hideaway.

I’ve been for tea many times and have never had such a disappointing experience. We were the only clients yet the service was slow and unfriendly. We had to ask for milk and hot water. The food was not as outlined on the menu and not as tasty as what I’ve enjoyed in the past. Leftovers were always nicely wrapped to take home but I was told this was no longer a possibility. Horrible experience.

Very slow service, stood at door for 5 minutes on arrival. Service was glacial and standards were average. Didn't try the food as left after one drink.

This is a beautiful place to enjoy an excellent cocktail or two. This really is like stepping back in time a little and the name totally fits this very elegant, charming and comfortable space. The ambience is perfect and the excellent choice of some easy listening jazz or a a little soft ‘r&b’ where you could still hold a conversation with friends without shouting - very classy! There is a good selection of small plates and a tasteful cheese board. Spent a wonderful couple of hours celebrating my birthday with friends. I can also vouch for their afternoon teas.

This was our introduction to The Parlour . This will now become my new favorite place to meet friends for catch up. The food flavors were way beyond expectation . The ambience was super relaxing and the staff couldn’t do enough to guide help and provide you with first rate service . A truly enjoyable venue all round .

Menu small tapas style. Could eat everything on it if very hungry. Good selection -vegetarian & meat. Chocolate dessert very chocolaty and very Moorish. Cocktail menu well presented and informative. Also had a 2024 updated Brandy Sour - the ones we had in Limassol in the late 60's early 70's were better. We would go there again,enjoyed our experience.

I met with friends for early drink and dinner. It was relatively busy but not overly. There was live music from a female singer which was right next to us but at a nice volume so not stopping our conversation. We had a very nice rose and a few small plates, which were all delicious and we all felt was plenty for us. It's not a cheap evening (£55 a head) but worth it for somewhere a bit different with a good atmosphere and very nice food and wine it

It was fine. Perfectly acceptable. Was it "wow" ? No. The place is nice, the food was good and the service was polite and efficient. However it wasnt special nor personable, and a venue of this size, style and intentions needs it to be in order to make it a place to want to return to.
