Le The Park Bistro & Bar propose uniquement les produits bio locaux les plus frais qui soient ainsi que des viandes naturelles et des poissons pêchés à la ligne. Le chef exécutif Adam Carpenter a inventé un menu accessible, mais inventif, présentant une cuisine américaine agrémentée d'une touche française. Good food and a nice booth. We were able to speak and hear one another. The French Onion Soup is the best.

The hostess that seated us was not pleased at all and definitely showed it when we asked for another table as she was seating our group. We asked to sit in a corner table rather than a table by the swinging kitchen doors. Very few people there so there were lots of open tables. We settled at a nice table, but were not given any menus. We had not seen the waitress and after 15 minutes , I had to get up to get menus from the hostess. Waitress was nice enough, took our orders and that was the last we saw of her until she brought the check. Very disappointing compared to the past great service we have experienced.

Our server, Maxwell, was incredible. We always have a lovely time at the Park Bistro but Maxwell was the icing on the cake.

We had a lovely time sitting by the fire! Relaxing atmosphere. The filets were very good as were the beet salad and French onion soup!

When I made the reservation a few days ahead I asked for a table in the main room in an alcove. When we got there the host said all the alcove tables were taken. I was very disappointed and will not return soon. Don’t ask if you have a special request if you are not honoring it.

Two of us dined on a very busy Saturday night when the wait staff (& doubtless kitchen) were at full tilt, but everything was excellent from the service, food, and always the ambiance!
