Paris’ first taproom brewery with a focus on quality beer; a tasting room where the product can be sampled and enjoyed with food from our scratch kitchen. On-site, beer, food and entertainment combines to create a local, cultural experience for residents and visitors alike.
Our bottle shop has a great selection of our fresh beer for you to take home to enjoy. We’re using our own hops grown on our farm in Paris as well as sourcing locally grown food and ingredients.
The Paris Beer Company is a diverse team; we are proud of what we do. We are farmers and brewers with the intent to use our business as a force for good. Our core values: genuine, grit, intentional, sustainable, learning & growing.

    Sat on the patio and enjoyed a delicious pizza and fish and chips. Excited to see new and returning favorite beers on tap. Service was exceptional - can’t wait to come back!

    Always a great spot to go for a meal whether it's Lunch or Dinner. Staff are amazing and food is always great

    We started with the Buffalo Chicken Nachos. No sour cream. Very very little chicken. Was presented well, other toppings tasted great but if you’re calling it Buffalo chicken, my expectation would have way more chicken on it. It was disappointing especially for the price. My wife had one of the pizzas. I liked the style however it lacked flavour. I had the fish and chips. They were fantastic. Fries were perfect and the sauces were very tasty. We each had two lagers. Very cold and refreshing.

    Fabulous service. Delicious drinks and generous portions of food. Food is quickly prepared, hot and very tasty. Fresh ingredients! Whether you have a flight of in house brews or a cocktail, everything is poured quickly and served with a smile. Would have stayed longer if there was a tv to watch the Oilers win. Highly recommend for all ages and group sizes.

    We had a great experience at the Paris beer company! Our server “Marie” was awesome!!! Food and drinks were great. My friend and I were there to have a good visit and we never felt rushed. Highly recommended!

    My brother and I stopped in for a meal and he had the fish and chips and I had the pizza and a beer and it was great.  Food was good. The ambience was good. The beer was good. It was all good.
