Serving our modern take on classic “Americana” cuisine, Executive Chef Jon Butler reinterprets the traditional resort menu using a fusion of new techniques and influences. Highlighting the abundance of fresh ingredients sourced from California and the vibrant Coachella Valley, our menu showcases the rich culinary heritage. From farm-fresh produce to locally sourced meats and artisanal cheeses, every ingredient reflects the essence of our locale.

The Pantry hosts a family-style Fried Chicken Dinner twice a month, on Thursdays. The family dinner is a one- time seating at 6:30pm with only 40 seats per night. Each guest will have the opportunity to enjoy Chef Jon Butler's take on a traditional fried chicken meal with all the accompaniments. Enjoy dinner outside under the stars where guests will be part of a one-of-a-kind “family-style” dining experience. Reservations can be made through Open Table, or by calling the hotel directly. For any questions, please reach out to the front desk. Please cancel at least 48 hours before the event to receive a refund. $65 does not include tax and gratuity

This is a bit of a hidden gem and it was perfect for Sunday brunch. The food and service were wonderful and it’s small enough that you can enjoy a meal without crowds or too much noise. It was also great that we could make a reservation which you cannot do at some of the more popular places.

We had the most wonderful lunch. Food was impeccable and service was even better. Get the artichoke and enjoy the ambiance by the pool. Will definitely be back.

Exceptional experience. The setting outside by the pool is wonderful, the provided heating kept us very comfortable as the evening cooled. Food was great and there was plenty!

The entire staff did an excellent job in presenting their Family Style dinner, featuring fried chicken and delicious accompaniments. A really well- thought out, fun and delicious evening. Highly recommend.

Great stylish outdoor restaurant in a boutique mid century modern hotel. Our party of four had brunch. The food, cocktails, dessert, coffee and service were all quite good. Prices are on the low side of expensive. Highly recommended.
