It was a very quiet night, but our special night was wonderful. The wait staff was exceptional and very friendly. The food was wonderful...especially the crab cake appetizer.

The food and service were very good. The crab cakes appetizer was excellent. The portions are large, so we probably should have slit an entree. My biggest knock is the place we were seated. We were seated next to a business meeting that was loud. It was very distracting.

Absolutely wonderful birthday celebration . The portions were huge compared to other restaurants. Best crab cakes I’ve ever had. Our waitress was great and attentive. We had sea bass, NY steak and filet mignon, all cooked to perfection. I love the modern Tuscany theme which gave it a quiet elegant atmosphere.

The food was incredible. The presentation and taste were phenomenal. The wait staff appeared well-trained, and their description of the various entrees was very detailed. I also liked the singer-piano player. The selected songs or melodies were perfect, and he played what I call real music. Nostalgic, romantic, pleasant. The musician knew the titles of the songs I mentioned and the visit to the Palms was well worth it. The experience is more than the food, and we will be dining their monthly from now on.

First timer, I ordered the black and blue New York steak medium rare and it came out medium! The truffle mac n cheese was flavor less and dry. The only thing worth eating were the carrot and zucchini on my plate and even that was greasy! I may try again in hopes they can get it right.

Nikki was awesome! Celebrated our anniversary and brought us some ice cream with strawberries. I ordered the New York steak, it was perfect! So juicy and tasty! My wife ordered the chicken and loved it! The cheese plate is perfect to share and the calamari was awesome. We finished with crème brûlée and a cup of coffee. Downside of the night, I left my sunglasses on the fountain and I’m hoping someone turned them in. Other than that, we are coming back!

This place is Top Notch!! Will not be disappointed food,ambience and service was exceptional. Our waitress made us feel like we were family. A little pricey but worth the whole experience. Definitely will be back thank you Palms team.
