Service was outstanding! From the moment we walked in to when we departed. Food was hot and excellent. Drinks were great as well. Bill our server is a true asset to The Palm, he made our dinner delightful.

The steak was tender and flavorful, cooked to order. The side dish, mashed potatoes, were buttery and velvety smooth. The serving team were attentive without be intrusive.

Food is very good and service has always been excellent but what keeps us coming back is Miska When you find a good service person things just seem better and he is the best!

No warm welcome, no hot yummy food! Yuck! 🤮 cold food, congealed sauces, no color on scallops, unappetizing to the max! Thank goodness my Malbec was delicious! No happy birthday or happy anniversary! Never again. No what it used to be.

We were very disappointed in the Palm. The calamari were tough. The rolls tasted stale. The claws of the lobster were good, but the tail was so overdone that it was tough. The only good part of the meal were the asparagus. The manager, Alvaro, was very nice and tried very hard to please us. We will not return even though we are at the Palm in New York when we lived in New Jersey.
