   Service has a lot of room for improvement. The kitchen is excellent but the rest of the staff needs training. They are not at the level of the kitchen and do not reflect the restaurants level

   We had a reservation and arrived on time. They were not overly busy, and we were seated quickly, but then sat there waiting for nearly 10 minutes for someone to serve water, take a drink order, or just say hello. Finally someone came to ask if anyone had waited on us yet. She explained that she was not our waiter but would get us water. Eventually a waiter showed up and everything from that point flowed smoothly with the service. We’ve dined here before so we knew the menu and The Palm has always gotten it right, so we ordered our favorites. They missed the mark this time with the meat preparation. The lamb chops were overcooked and tough, but the sides were perfectly prepared. The filet mignon was also overcooked and much closer to well done as opposed to medium. While it wasn’t a bad meal, sadly it was not the meal that we had come to expect from The Palm.

   The service, wine, sides and ambience were exactly what we expected. I steak was subpar. Heavily salted and slightly over cooked. It was a disappointing dinner for $450 with a shared entree. We expect better out of The Palm.

   The food was excellent, but we had to wait longer than usual at The Palm for our main course. Not just us, but other diners as well. They all seemed to come out at the same time.

   Nice experience, good service, but seemed a little pricy for what was served. I would go again.

   We had a wonderful meal before seeing a production at the Majestic. We were a bit late because of traffic and when I called to let them know they told me to be safe, it’s ok!! Our server was sensitive to time constraints, brought food and drinks in a timely fashion and was very friendly! The food was delicious as well. All of the staff were so friendly, and we had a fantastic experience .

   Quality establishment that serves quality food with quality service at more than you would expect prices. I’d go back again.
