Had 4 filet mignon and sea bass for meal. 2 steaks cooked incorrectly. Meat quality was poor - grainy, tough. Just not good cuts of meat or what you would expect for filet. Apps, seabass, lobster bisque and dessert were good. Wine by bottle reasonably priced. Would hesitate to eat steak there again.

From start to finish this is a restaurant of the highest quality. We were greeted very pleasantly, and asked to validate our parking. We were promptly shown to a table even though we were a bit early. That was really nice! Desiree was our server and she is the best!!! On top of everything!! The support staff came with water and kept our glasses full! We had lobster and it was done to perfection! We also had a wedge salad which was huge! And delicious! Any substitutions we wanted were made without question or hesitation! Our experience at Palm was wonderful! We can’t wait to go again! Thank you Palm!

The food has a tendency to be very salty. And dishes containing melted cheese are overloaded with cheese. Also every time we’ve eaten there we’ve had to return our steak or filet for not being cooked to the way we ordered it. Even though we are rewards members & gone a few times - we don’t think we’ll be back again.

I ordered the 12 OZ filet and it was cooked perfectly with the proper sear on each side.

Food was amazing. But service was extremely slow. We did have a larger party (14) but there were many large parties sat all around us. We weren’t able to order our food for almost an hour after being sat. Every course someone was missing something, my steak was overcooked but they fixed it and it was perfect. We were there for nearly 4 hours-took almost an hour to get and pay our checks. I’d go back for the food but it was too long of a dining experience, as a server myself (and almost everyone in my party) it shouldn’t have taken that long for any of it

Pasta reminded us of left over pasta when you reheat it in the microwave. The rest of the food was nothing like we have eaten at the Palm Restaurants in NYC and East Hampton, NY. This location shouldn’t carry the Palm name because of the food.
