We went for our anniversary last night september 18th &’ the manager was very polite &’ generous with a free dessert &’ 2 glasses of champagne to celebrate our anniversary everyone was veryy friendly &’ even Dylan who wasn’t even our server &’ he was very attentive &’ with a large party of like 40 I should say. The food was incredible &’ coming all the way from Las Vegas being a Landry’s Select club I will definitely come back !

Our business meal at The Palm couldn't have been better. The food was excellent, service was outstanding, and the environment wasn't too loud so as to impede conversation. We'll definitely be back!

I will never go back again. The food was not good and they offered Lowry membership cards like a cheap steak house. How the mighty have fallen.

My husband and I were out on the town in Nashville and realized we should probably go and get dinner. We had been to the Palm before and decided to check it out again 2 years later. I will preface with we were not dressed up, as we came off of being on broadway but I didn’t think that would be an issue. However our reservation was at 8:15 and we didn’t leave until 10:15. Our server Austin acted as if we were below him. He said he would bring us bread and then forgot. Brought it out after our appetizer. He didn’t deliver our appetizer. He didn’t deliver our food. It took a while to get a refill on a drink. No one came to check on us except for the server who delivered us our food. We had two rare steaks and it took forever. You would think when your bill is $200+ that the service would be fabulous and it shouldn’t matter what we were dressed in. But I suppose, what do I know. Unfortunately the way you treat your customers makes it or breaks it for me and after this experience even though the food was good, we both would never go back. Nor would we recommend it to anyone we know.

Sadly … this I not the palm I’ve grown to love over the 30 years of patronage . Drink were mediocre, oysters we not shucked, steak was over done. Missing the Monday night salad You can tell it’s under different ownership and has been cheapened to a lesser value, except for the price was $$$$.

Craig did a great job with service in the bar area and the Veal Parmesan was amazing!

Food and service was outstanding, it took longer than expected to receive our food. There was a large group that was pretty loud most of the time we were there.

Just not what we have enjoyed in the past. Our last visit was 1 year ago and I our meal was better then than today. Server was good but seemed to be stretched a bit. Noise level made it difficult to have a reasonable conversation.

Unfortunately this used to be our favorite restaurant. It is sad to see the quality of the food go down so drastically. We brought our out of town guests here and were disappointed. The filet was over cooked and dry. The lobster was not as flavorful as you would expect and the chocolate was very dry. Sadly, We won’t be back.

Joy is a very knowledgeable and friendly server. Food was delicious. The bread basket could be its own appetizer.
