Once again another amazing dinner at The Palm. Ashley was amazing once again, always goes above and beyond to take care of my family. I look forward to my next visit down to Florida and The Palm!

Great food, service in a good decor environment. Service was very professional and multiple servers helped our experience be an awesome one

Every time we visit they can’t find our membership. So not only they don’t honor the membership privileges but try to sell you a new one. What a scam.

Lamentablemente, la carne estaba fría y mal cocinada. He ido toda la vida, pero últimamente ha bajado su nivel. Una pena porque el restaurante siempre ha sido de mis favoritos.

This used to be my favorite steak house. Last night was a big disappointment. The NY strip was an inferior piece of meat. Done medium, it was unchewable. The filet was overcooked and over seasoned. With so many choices in Miami Dade I doubt if I’ll ever return.

We were quoted one price on a lobster and then they wouldn’t honor it We also had a birthday certificate from the company and we were a few days late. They didn’t honor that either.

Everything that was good about the Palm before Landry’s has been changed. Bread, crab cakes, carrot cake are all inferior. Terrible now! Poor value and below average food.
