A disappointing experience. I booked this for my wife's birthday, but it was not an enjoyable dinner. First, although I had requested a quiet table, we were seated at a cramped table against the wall in a room full of obnoxious and loud drunks. Our server was not friendly, kept forgetting things, and made mistakes with no apology. The food was just ok, but given the problems with the ambiance and service, even if it had been better, the experience would have been lacking. Last, no mention was made of my wife's birthday, even though I had put it in the reservation. I used to eat at Palm restaurants in many locations around the world and had thought it was a classy chain. Apparently it has plummeted, both in terms of the restaurant staff and the clientele. We will not be returning certainly.

We always have a great meal and experience at The Palm! From the greeting to the service, it’s always impeccable! We always sit at a booth in the bar area and David has always been our server and he’s always wonderful! Great food and great drinks!

When we got there there were dirty dishes all over the bar… we sat down and the dirty dishes stayed there for almost another 5 mins despite 2 bartenders standing right there… the food was actually excellent however, the overall atmosphere does not measure up to the price.

The food was excellent, as always, but they were very accommodating of my grandfather and our waitress was patient and thorough. We look forward to coming back!

The lobster was outstanding and the service was great including cracking the lobsters making it easy to get to the meat. The special margarita rimmed with black salt was really good.

Top notch service... Celine & CJ were excellent. Food was fantastic, one of the most perfectly cooked ribeyes I've ever had, and the Oysters Rockefeller is an absolute must! I highly recommend The Palm 🌴!!
