Our drinks and soup were very good. We waited over an hour for our entrees, so we were not very happy with that. When our entrees did come out, the filet was cooked perfectly medium but was dry, it was odd. But if I had to guess I would assume it was under a heat lamp for awhile. Our fish entree was ok. Our server was very nice but our biggest issue was our long wait for entrees and our server didn’t touch base with us once about that.

Great experience as usual. We had a 2:45 reservation, but due to an accident on the highway we missed our reservation. They still accommodated us. The food was amazing!

Eating at The Palm is always a nice experience. All food is delicious and the service is over the top. The Beef Tartare was very good, my wedge salad was huge…but I only ordered the Palm Meatball Appetizer for my entree. My husband had pasta, daughter had Ribeye and Lobster Tail…all very good. You can never go wrong with a night at The Palm.

We were disappointed to have to wait 15+ minutes for a table despite having a reservation and it being early in the evening. We indicated in our reservation that it was an anniversary dinner and we were still given a tiny wobbly table near the restrooms, even though there were other tables available. I understand that some servers rotate areas, but they should fill up the good tables with reservations first. the food was also not as good as usual, but the server was lovely. it’s a shame because we have been going to the palm for years, but it really let us down this time.

Our server was great as well as all the staff we encountered, they were very attentive , friendly, and prompt. They were very attentive to the order being gluten free due to celiac and even brought out veggies and dip since the app ordered had gluten. Hats off to the server for this!! The restaurant atmosphere was nice and reminded me of old time NY steakhouse. The food was good but only complaint was the food being rather oily. The Sicilian salmon dish had lots of oil on the plate and the calamari, even though I did not eat it, looked very oily, which my husband confirmed was the case. We were there to celebrate an occasion so did not complain, plus the service was so wonderful we decided to just overlook this. Less oil used and it would be 5 star rating.
