Amazing food, and the ambience was okay except for a few kids but I wouldn’t blame the establishment for that. Our server Michael was incredible, everything was prompt and exactly what we asked for. First time a steak house for my fiancés order of “extra well done” right, she was very excited!

It was very loud, like so we had to raise our voices to communicate. Good for quiet people. Excellent food and service.

Billy was an excellent server. He did a great job. Very attentive. I will request him when I dine there again.

I ordered the Porterhouse steak. It was one of the best I ever had. The lobster tail and asparagus was also very good. It was a great dinner and experience. I would definitely recommend this place. The service was top notch.

Steak had to be sent back, shrimp linguini was very bland and just butter taste, coffee was cold, martini was water, will not go back !

Another wonderful dining experience at The Palm. I had the 8 oz filet with green beans, my spouse had the salmon. The food was well prepared and tasted great. We were pleased to have been served by Ainsley who made the dining experience complete.

My 22oz. Bone in ribeye was overcooked. It was tough & dry. It was almost rubbery. Tasted in the verge of being bad. Didn't finish it. The service was excellent. The other meal was excellent. I hope this was a fluke as everything else was great.

So the ambiance is nice and what you would expect. Hostess and waitress very friendly and experienced and food was good.Wife had a crab cake appetizer which was ideal for her and I had shrimp over pasta which was good but not great!! Pasta a bit too saucy for me but I wasn’t going to order a $70+ steak.$20 martini also a bit high!! Parking is difficult in self parking garage and expensive!!$20. Honestly for all the money would prefer going off island!!
