This place is a gem. Local neighbourhood small resto vibe with world wide cuisine influence and a spectacularly wide wine list for a small shop. Food is excellent and inventive while service is attentive and polished. A “go to” spot for sure that is nestled in the North End of Halifax.

The Ostrich Club is one of Halifax's hidden gems. It's small but delightful in all the things that matter (at least to me) - food, service, wine/drinks selection, and ambience. I highly recommend it, especially if you want to share some small plates.

We had a wonderful evening at the Ostrich Club. Amazing food, cocktails and wine. Our server was fantastic and the room is gorgeous. All in all a 10/10 experience. The short ribs are to die for!!!

Had a fantastic experience for a date night. Staff were delightful and extremely knowledgeable, helping us to navigate the menu. Delicious food and drink + fun atmosphere. Second time I’ve been, did not disappoint!

An unbelievable culinary experience from top to bottom. The shrimp dumplings and tuna crudo stood out but every dish on the menu is great. Staff are attentive and knowledgeable without an ounce of pretentiousness. Killer ambience. 10/10
