First time at the Orchards for an anniversary dinner. Nice dinner setting but loud. Took almost an hour to be served our two meals. Our pizza was cold, my steak and sides were all cold to touch. The server was nice enough to “fix the issue” by having them reheat the plate, making the meat tough. Our appetizer was hot and delicious but that’s about it. Unfortunate since we’ve heard great things about the place. Probably won’t return.

Excellent service. Server gave us full attention. Oysters Rockefeller were exceptional. Already making plans to return.

The Orchards never disappoints. The food was delicious, service was great, and we were seated in a private room which provided a fantastic experience. This is not the place to go for a cheap meal, but as my fellow diner said "I don't mind paying more when everything is this good!".

Friendly servers. Nice to have a private room for our party of 12. Very long delay between appetizers and entrees (30-40 minutes). Crab dip was delicious. Asian salad was not great…not very flavorful. Could have amped up the seasonings in most of the entrees. Final disappointment was the restaurant slipping in a 3% charge for use of credit card. Not right to pass that “cost of doing business” to the customer.

Heard it was a great place to eat. Went there for my birthday. Service was slow. Very dimly lit. Crab cake was dry and noise level from the bar area was loud which ruined any quiet ambiance in the dining room. Would not return.

The entertainment was excellent, love to hear Dave Snader play service was not as good

Service and ambience were good. The food was lacking for the cost. Some of our food was cold, not as described, and the pork dry and flavorless. Compared to similar restaurant styles nearby, this was a disappointment when it came to food.

We had an extreme allergy at our table and the owner who happened to be in the kitchen that evening went above and beyond to makes sure we had ZERO issues. Fresh food. Great cocktails. Highly recommend.

Excellent food, awesome drinks, service was fabulous and a relaxing ambience. I haven’t been to the orchards since 2019 and so many things have changed for the better. We ate in the bar area and even though the bartender was swamped, he was attentive and very personable. We definitely will be back.
