Really nice experience. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and make sure you have everything you need. The pumpkin soup was delicious and the place has a really nice atmosphere. Thank you

Nice place for relaxed evening. We had the fish platter and some extra sides. Not too expensive and just on the main street in Haworth.

Wonderful cafe. The food was great and the pumpkin spice latte was delicious. The decor is fantastic and despite it being lunchtime in the half term the cafe wasn’t crowded. A great place!

Food and setting was lovely, couldn’t fault it. Service was brilliant before and during food, however me and my partner was shouted at by a really rude member of staff. After we ate our food we asked if we could have a coffee to go but if we came back in about 30 mins. The gentlemen who served us said we could. 30 minutes later we asked for a couple of coffees to take away and was shouted at by the woman making the coffees basically saying no chance for takeaway coffees as they are far too busy. Felt this could have been dealt in a much better way and it was really embarassing as the coffee shop was full. Such a shame as we really enjoyed the experience prior but felt this ruined the whole thing for us.

We booked last minute for evening. Restaurant is lovely and all good of a high standard however it feels like it hasn’t found it’s identity yet- trying to be tapas but range of food and combinations together didn’t feel right. Although the menu says things will arrive separately we had quite a wait for one item- table by us had everything except asparagus which arrived right at the end! I can see how this would be successful for brunch but evening felt a bit lost .

My friend and I visited The Old Post Office for food, we both ordered a hazelnut cappuccino which arrived warm, not hot. My friend ordered the beef stew with bread, which she said was very nice. I ordered the Flat iron steak with garlic butter and I asked if I could have the steak cooked medium, to be then told No, you can only have it pink "rare" or "well done" why? She said as that's only how they do it. So I opted for "well done" i also ordered chips with salt. My chips arrived first, about 5 mins before the steak, chips were absolutely delicious and hot, the steak arrived with no garlic butter and was only warm! So by the time I got to the last piece of steak it was cold 🥶. Next we both ordered puddings and I asked the lovely gentleman if the cherry 🍒 and almond crumble was a hot pudding and he replied yes. So I ordered and yes you can probably guess it came barely warm !. Now I know the kitchen is not a million miles away, so I have no idea why ¾ of my food/ drinks came barely warm?. I did however mention about the temperature of the food and was told "oh, I will mention it to the kitchen". Now the question of would we go back? Yes, as I believe it deserves a second chance, but. .... I will however be asking for everything extra hot 🔥.

The atmosphere was wonderful and you can tell so much love an attention has gone into the building and Haworth's history built in. Robert was so welcoming and went above and beyond for us, and my mothers special meal for her retirement. The food was delicious. Brian was so kind to give us a personal tour and indulge us in the history of the building and its artifacts. It was so wonderful to witness his passion and knowledge. It really was the cherry on the top of our night. If I could give six stars I would. Bridget and Breeda. Co.Kerry Ireland.
