My third trip to this restaurant, and food was Great. My invited guest stated that they would return here in the future. Waiters need some additional training.

Been here multiple times and enjoyed it. Beautiful marsh views. Disappointed that the menu has not changed or expanded, limited entree selections. We were told a new chef is working on that. Fondue appetizer was excellent and more than enough to share, but short rib entrees had fatty and several chewy pieces. Service was excellent, friendly and attentive. Cocktails and wine good and reasonably priced.

Very pleasant atmosphere, excellent service and the steaks were amazing along with the side dishes. A great place for dinner either with firends or a loved one. You will feel like home.

A very pleasant experience. Had a simple meal - crab barrels to start - virtually all crab meat and very tasty, and 2 ceasar salads with grilled shrimp that tasted like they came off the boat that afternoon. Looking forward to returning...

Great food, service, drinks, and atmosphere! We appreciate having an upscale restaurant with beautiful views and an impressive wine selection in our local area. The prime rib special and goat cheese fritters appetizer were top notch!

Dinner at The Oaks was a terrific experience! Our server, Rebecca, saved us a lovely, large window table. She made great suggestions and we really enjoyed my birthday dinner. We began the evening just before 5 pm in the Cedar Bar where the only available seating was a booth to at had been really squeezed into a narrow space by pushing the booths on either side. It was rather uncomfortable. Also, they were out of 3 of the 6 listed appetizers! The ones they had (goat cheese fritters, and the Cajun beef) were yummy. Tabitha did a terrific job mixing cocktails that she was unfamiliar with.

The ambience and the setting are excellent. You really cannot beat the view. We had a reservation for 730 and had no trouble being seated at table with a beautiful view of the river at sunset . We had to go cheese appetizers. They were delicious. We had to ask if there was a special was not offered. We both had the ribeye which was cooked exactly as we asked. The service was a little hit or miss. We would go back.

Waiter did not have his act together, Had to ask for condiments that were supposed to with the prime rib, Brought wrong beverage to two of my party, and never brought Au Jus for it. Placed at the entrance of the restaurant, and piano was at a very high volume, Beautiful restaurant, and very good food.
