The Northport Hotel is a 26-room luxury boutique hotel & restaurant in the heart of Northport. The hotel's restaurant & bar are designed to indulge guests in a culinary voyage, offering a selection of steaks, seafood, cocktails, craft beers, & an extensive wine list.

Led by Executive Chef Michael Ross, the team delivers a chef-driven menu that uses hand-selected, seasonal ingredients crafted with precision, passion, & creativity.

This was our first visit but definitely not our last visit. We came for brunch and everything we ordered was amazing. We were celebrating an anniversary and given two glasses of complimentary champagne . The lobster toast was delicious. The grits were so creamy and perfect. Alfredo was our server who was attentive and informative . Can’t wait to go back for dinner.

Food is always top notch creative and very tasty. Service is always amazing and attentive. A very good place for a special meal or a few drinks and food at the bar.

It’s always outstanding and Katie our server has to be the sweetest and most professional. I always love coming. My only recommendation is to lower the music which they did.

We have been coming here since the restaurant opened, probably 4-5 times now. The food is always consistently excellent. We felt there was some issues at the beginning with the service, in terms of not being attentive enough, but that may have been related to being short staffed. That seems to have been resolved. Last night's meal was outstanding all around. The wait staff was friendly and helpful, but not intrusive, the level of service you would expect to find at a quality restaurant but often don't. It did get louder as the evening progressed, but our party of four was easily able to carry on a conversation throughout, something we are also finding hard to do at many restaurants. Quickly becoming one of our favorite haunts.

Beautiful location. Friendly staff. Great wine selection. Best of all: the food. As a vegetarian, they had a lot to offer. Dying to come back!

Attemted to contact the restaurant to discuss prior to posting but no response in 3 days. The service here does not match the food, pricing & decor. It was awful. We had 6:15 reservations, arrived promptly as requested but still had to wait for our table. We received a lengthy phone call letting us know we needed to be on time & out by 8 as they needed to set up for their ticketed event. Almost felt like we were being discouraged from going. Had a tough time getting a drink at the bar despite 3 bartenders. There were an additional 3ppl standing behind the bar watching but not helping. Our appetizers were terrible but could not find anyone to tell that they tasted as if they had been microwaved. . Drinks refills were not offered until pretty much done eating our entrees & our water glasses were never refilled. No management presence whatsoever. The front doors to the street were left open for an extended period of time, freezing out the room, no one seemed to care. They were more concerned about setting up for their “ticketed” NYE event that they completely neglected the diners who came prior. We watched a nearby table get reset as the waitress touched the tines of all the forks with her bare hands. Very disappointing experience. Our entrees & dessert were very good but for the prices they charge, the service should have been way better.

Spectacular evening. Beautiful, professional staff and delicious food. So grateful to have a local gem in Northport. Cannot wait to make another reservation very soon. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

My husband and I went here for dinner on NYE. It exceeded our expectations. It was a wonderful experience. Food, drinks, service, ambience were amazing.
