Led by Executive Chef, Brendan Phelps the @cutthroatchef and his team. Sourcing as close to home as possible, we are dedicated to bringing you local produce and proteins on our intimate menu.
Nestled in the Monashee Mountains and surrounded by established forest, you will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, but in fact are just a 10-minute drive from downtown Revelstoke.
Our cocktail menu reflects our dining menu with local ingredients, housemade syrups and eclectic pairings.
Featuring a rotating menu so you can come and enjoy the Chef's new creations right through the summer.
Opening June 13th through to end of September, Wednesday - Saturday from 5.30pm.

  • Wine Club & Tasting Menu

    The Nest Wine Club - a paired 5-course tasting menu. $200/person total. 2 sittings; either 5:30pm or 8:00pm. The Nest Restaurant chefs' tasting menu with wines introduced and described by guest sommelier and wine representative, Matt Wentzell of Vagabond Merchants on behalf of our winery of choice, Tantalus Vineyards. When reserving your table online you must pre-pay for the event. In order to reserve your spot we require you to select both the menu and the wine pairing. Seating for this event will be on communal tables. We will contact you to process a deposit to secure your seat.

    Everything was so delicious, perfectly timed, and a beautiful setting. Portion sizes for entrees were great. My only qualm is it is very pricey, though the quality matches.

    Always exceptional! I had a friend visiting and I brought her up for a glass of wine and appetizers. Great views, great atmosphere, exceptional food and service every time!

    Incredible dining experience with an extraordinary view of Mt Begbie and the Columbia valley! The food was incredible, the cocktails were fantastic and the service was outstanding. We both absolutely loved the halibut! I’d 100% recommend the Nest for anyone coming to Revelstoke looking for great food. 10/10 all round. Can’t wait to go again!

    As someone who looks for high quality when going to a higher end restaurant I was very impressed. Flavors were next level. Presentation was top notch and the skill displayed in having everything cooked perfectly was a real treat. They incorporate local flora and fauna into the flavor profile. Menu changes regularly to best suit what is at its peak. Be aware that with this focus the menu selection is small. Best advice I can give is be a little adventurous. In our case case we were very well rewarded. Would reccomend 100%. Also our server was top notch. Valuable insight into the menu and just the right amount of interaction. My apologies as I forget her name. Lived in Sicamous at one point. Can't wait to return.

    Beautiful, peaceful setting a short 5 minute drive from downtown Revelstoke. Spectacular boutique lodge building and restaurant. Elevated cocktails and food. We appreciated the local sourcing of food and spirits - all excellent quality. We had lamb terrine, elk carpaccio, halibut and duck - all creative and elegantly plated by Chef and kitchen . Everything exceptional on plate -complimentary tastes and textures. Welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable staff. We look forward to returning.
