The Morris is a new restaurant and bar in a truly unique location. It’s connected to a boutique, 17 room colonial hotel and courtyard located right next to Washington Square Park. We have a scratch kitchen that only uses the freshest ingredients available by season. Our bar program consists of delicious hand-crafted cocktails, organic wines, selection of local beers, and spirit-free beverages. Whether it's for a casual night out, business dinner, or date night, we are so excited to serve you in our newly renovate dining room or in the garden courtyard!

Incredible food. The presentation on all dishes was exquisite. Exceptionally friendly and accommodating wait staff. To top off the meal, their chocolate flourless torte was the best I have ever tasted. A must go to restaurant.

Loved The Morris! The food, the service, the decor and ambiance were all perfect. The rabbit dish was delicious! Loved the vibe. Will definitely return.

Really cute atmosphere, great service, love that they had mocktails and low-ABV drinks and the food was delicious. We will be back!

This place was such a fun find. Chris, the general manager was amazing and actually sat down to talk with a friend of mine and I. We are here for a conference at his customer. Service was amazing. Our server was just as good. The food was very good as well.

Everything was perfect - we all enjoyed our evening. The food was superb and the service fantastic. Has to be the loveliest place in Philly to eat dinner!!!

The garden setting is charming and we enjoyed our evening. The menu is limited and I wound up with a very good chilled pea soup and a dish that was called an "asparagus salad" with spinach, which is a total misnomer. It was a spinach salad with a couple sprigs of asparagus, which I didn't mind because I love spinach. My husband said his hamburger was "the best I've ever had.," though I've heard that a few times before at other places. I was disappointed that they were out of their daily special cocktail at 6:30 PM, which made no sense. They seem to need a steadier, more professional manager and better food options. But if you want a romantic setting, it's beautiful.
