We’re an independent, family-owned bar and restaurant located in the heart of Penyffordd, North Wales.
Our menu is focused on modern, seasonal dishes using only the freshest ingredients and local produce. All of our dishes are made to order and we offer dining both inside and outside on our terrace.

Excellent food choices and well presented, generous portions. Staff enthusiastic and well informed. Other diners were well behaved and pleasant. I would return and would recommend to others.

Gorgeous food. Both had the lamb kofta to start. That was like a main meal and beautiful. I had the curry and my mum the fish pie as mains, both lovely. Good portions, couldn't finish it all. Lovely wine and great service

Food very nice but a touch expensive and service very friendly. Wine overpriced but that seems to be the case everywhere now.

Great food and a great experience, only thing to note is the noise from other tables. It wasn’t busy when we were there but echoes and reverb all the time.

Excellent meal at the millstone for my birthday! Incredible service from the waiting on staff and delicious food served to us. I had the lamb and it was to die for. 5 stars!

Unfortunately on this occasion an order placed took nearly 30mins extra to arrive compared to other meals. However previous visits, I have had excellent service

Delicious food and friendly staff. The service was a little slow but we weren’t in a hurry so didn’t spoil our overall experience.

Overall a lovely meal but only one vegetarian choice on the mains on whst was an extensive menu was the only disappointment. Otherwise all excellent.

The Millstone is a lovely location, we had drinks on the terrace first. The waiters and waitress were friendly and helpful. The menu is varied but contains some core items for the less advernturous. When the plates arrived we were impressed with the decorative presentation and this was followed up with great food.
