I’ve never been so disgusted at a restaurant. Not only was the service terrible but our bread board for our cheese fondue had mold all over it when we brought it to the attention of the manager, they just asked to replace the bread board. There is no discount offered or anything for being moldy food. The service was terrible. We may be our waitress three times. Never again will I go to such a disgusting place! If you go here, double check your food.

Staff is amazing! Everyone so nice & friendly. We got chocolate flaming turtle, milk chocolate & smores fondue… sooooo yummy.

I made reservations for two wanderers added the Romance package. When we got to the venue we were greeted by the host that brought us to the table with roses in a vase and rose petals laid out. Our server was very sweet and informative over the menu. Food was great and we loved that we could scan a barcode to use their timer to cook the food properly. Con: They didn’t allow us to take home the vase that the roses were in which I thought was strange. Having my someone walk out with roses with thorns is not something that shows value to the romance package.

Absolutely wonderful! We always have an amazing time here and last night i had the opportunity to celebrate my 7 year anniversary with the Thursdate special. We had a lovely server on top of amazing food and drinks. The melting pot is my favorite place to go for intimate celebrations.

Arrived 10 min before my actual reservation time, but was seated immediately. Multiple people walked past us after about 10 mins of looking at the menu. Finally, a manager i believe came up to us and asked if anyone has helped us. I said that nobody had introduced them selves since we had been seated. So he was kind enough to show us the menu and said someone will be with us shortly. After almost 5-10 mins another waiter walked up to us and asked if anyone has helped us because he noticed that we were still with our menus. He took our order even though he was not our waiter. He said our actual server should be with us shortly. After almost a total 25 mins of waiting since being seated, our actual server finally arrived and said “hi my name is XX, and I will be your new server.” She went to place the tray with our drinks and appetizers, in which she then completely dumped all the drinks on to me and I was drenched. I went to grab my napkin to dry myself off and she took it away from me. She said don’t do that there might be glass. She apologized and asked us to stay there so she can get us a new table as I’m completely soaked. At this point I was already fed up with the wait time and this incident. I left with my girlfriend and did not bother to wait for a table. No way would I be able to enjoy my dinner being in wet clothes. The night was completely ruined. Manger called and asked us to come back and he would take care of us but at this point we were already at a fast food establishment just to get something to eat and go home. 1 out of 10 for this place. Manager was nice and the one waiter who helped us(in which I told him the tip I would leave would be for him, IF we actually had a chance to eat).
