We were served by Amanda M on Friday night and experienced several issues. Before ordering we told her, we were only ordering dessert and her demeanor changed immediately. It was evident she was only looking to get a good tip on Friday night off a table of two and she wasn’t going to get that off only dessert. We ordered two drinks, ying & yang chocolate, and some fries on the side. We never got the fries. She brought out ONLY dark chocolate, not the ying & yang. After only being seated for about 25 minutes, she came over and gave us the check. She clearly rushed us, didn’t even ask if we wanted another drink. She also still charged us for fries that we never received. This dining experience is not up to par with our previous experiences at this location. On our way out, we asked where to leave a review and the manager, Norman, asked us about our experience. He tried to rectify the situation by apologizing by the server’s behavior and giving some vouchers for our next visit.

Always great. The waitress was extremely friendly and positive which made our dinner even more enjoyable. Thank you also for the gift recognizing us for being valued customers. That was very kind.

We have been coming to the Melting Pot through multiple locations over the last 25+ years. We have had many good servers, but this was an exceptional experience. The server was very attentive and helpful continuing to check on us. Thank you

We celebrated our son’s 11th birthday on 8/27. The food was excellent and our server, Jamie, was extremely nice, attentive and concerned about our son’s allergies. We would definitely ask for him when we come back. Thank you!!

We went for a birthday celebration. The birthday girl loved her Melting Pot teddy bear and the whole staff signed a card for her! Even though we were the last to leave, no one rushed us. Always a fun experience meal.

Me and my husband went here for our first time and it was honestly amazing and our server Jamie( Male) was the BEST. He was very attentive and polite and made the whole experience easy for it being our first time. Great quality of food and so many options. We are definitely going back

Cheese portion seemed smaller and meat was not great. Very tough and little flavor.

First time for brunch and it was excellent! Recommend the chicken and waffles they are a great add! The strawberry expresso martinis were a great add to our meal. We also had an excellent server in John! He always makes the experience even more fun!
