Our anniversary/wife’s birthday dinner was outstanding! Our server was very friendly and patient with us. This was our first time at the new location and it did not disappoint. We definitely will be going back more frequently. Thank you , great job Melting Pot!

Had a birthday dinner here. We asked for a quiet table and the host made sure to set us up w a nice quiet table. Food was phenomenal! Service (by Alexis) was superb! Highly recommend dining here for a special occasion.

A spectacular personalized experience. Booked this ten minutes before we left for the restaurant. Arrived to a special birthday and anniversary celebration which the restaurant remembered from previous bookings. They even assigned us with the best server, Jake. Food was delicious and the service was excellent. Highly recommend for a fantastic evening.

We came to eat for my son's celebration from graduating from Walnut Hill College. Our server was super nice and professional. The food was over the top. We had plenty of leftovers 😋. Thank you, Melting Pot, for giving us a moment that we will never lose.

We went with friends we haven't seen for several months. Everything was great. I'm a bit hard of hearing I had my hearing aid in but there's a lot of ambient noise.

Celebrated our son's birthday last night and while we have been long-term, repeat customers, it was very disappointing. Because we have eaten there so many times, they have had notes on our reservation in the past without our asking. It was clear that was not the case. They usually have plain potatoes with the entree for us because my son can't eat the garlic ones, but they didn't and I didn't realize I had to ask again. The cheese course was fine, but one of the pots came out already made and wasn't hot. The entree was really the problem. The scallops were terrible, completely tasteless and rubbery. The teriyaki marinated beef was very tough. We were a table of 4 and they brought out only one tray of veggies containing 2 pieces of corn. We also only received one set of dipping sauces which we had to pass back and forth across the table. First time that ever happened. We asked not to receive mushrooms, we don't like them and don't want to waste, but they came anyway. My husband ordered a cappuccino with dessert but we were done dessert and it still hadn't come so we told them to cancel it. They said the machine didn't work consistently and brought it anyway without charge after the meal. It was fine they didn't charge us but not really the point, and it didn't have any think foam on top anyway. We belong to the rewards club and had a coupon for the chocolate cover strawberries. I had to ask for them multiple times, and then had to ask for a new check after they charged us for them. Never received the after dinner mints they usually bring to dip in the chocolate. Very, very disappointing.
