Staff was very rude, homophobic and causing arguments also, our order was wrong we paid £25 extra each which included to £100 by four people and still was charge more than we should’ve have paid. Food was cold and very salty they didn’t take allergies into consideration knowing we said our friend is allergic to mayonnaise. Manger wasn’t helpful either will be taking this further with my legal team, to discuss this further. Security also man handled transgender woman due to the fact of complaining of the food because of our female friend who was allergic to mayonnaise, which led to serious health issues. Manger and staff were very patronising and wasn’t taking our complaint serious and mocking us, this is very unprofessional and I don’t like this.

Service was very good from the hostess and waiters but the canales for nye were awful- actually inedible- they were so spicy and oily.

Top early evening to start my birthday celebrations. Didn't eat so really can't comment. Service and atmosphere was lovely. The recent refurb works well.

An average breakfast for a lot of money. Very limited choice of breakfast…..no flexibility and a really disappointing experience. Would not rush back that’s for sure!
