   We arrived at 440pm as our reservation was at 5pm. The schedule on the door stated 4pm on sat and Sun. The manager refused to open the door until 5pm. My elderly mother had needed to use the restroom and the manager refused again. I thought this was very unprofessional and inconsiderate, especially since we had driven over an hour to get to your restaurant and find parking. Very disappointed and especially since my mom is from Switzerland, Zurich, I had hoped for a better experience.

   Amazing!!! Great atmosphere. Great food. Our group had the schnitzel and fondue. Also tried the pretzel and raclette. ❤️❤️❤️❤️pickled veggies!!! Omg. Will go back. Parking is the only negative but easily accessible by bus.

   Always a fun meal! And delicious. Staff is attentive but give plenty of time to enjoy the experience.

   Went here for valentine's day and had such a good experience! our server was so kind and friendly. The food was delicious and the pre fix menu was worth the money!

   Staff was friendly and got us in quickly. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation time and they were able to seat us right away. The food was amazing. Everything we had was delicious. We had the beef fondue and I would highly recommend it!

   Pre fixed menu for Valentines was lacking. Would have preferred regular menu.

   Overall decent experience. My first real fondue experience. I will say the entire restaurant smelled strongly of pungent cheese. Very casual laid back atmosphere. We ordered their two most popular cheeses for fondue. I thought they were just okay. Good sides. Great waitstaff. Overall, probably a one and done situation for me. But if you love fondue, this seems like a pretty popular spot.

    Super nice staff. Really good food and a fun experience. We ate wayyyy too much but the steak fondue was definitely the highlight. They sent out a little dessert plate for us for our anniversary which was an extremely nice touch. They also saved the gondola for us which I requested in the reservation note so we felt very taken care of. Thank you so much!!
