My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. The food and the ambiance was perfect. We will be back.

We really enjoyed our first visit to the Matrix Room. We attended a private birthday party and wasn’t really looking for anything special. Not only did we have an amazing time the salad, small plates and entrees we ordered were so delicious. The wine was so good and the music was great. We danced the night away to a live performance with an awesome band and great DJ.

The restaurant was nicely set up, the lounge,Meg’s, in the same space was separated by a short glass partition. The menu was varied, everything from wonderful appetizers, great main courses with enough choices including vegetarian. Save room for dessert. The prices were reasonable. Great date place, good for quiet conversations. If a band is scheduled you can move to the lounge after dinner and enjoy the music and still talk. The Matrix room wasn’t very busy on the Friday we went. The lounge where the bar is located was busier and does do small plates. We were there to see the band, stayed in the dining area while they played and moved to the lounge after coffee and dessert. Had a very nice evening.

First time and LOVED it! Saw a band named Classic blast and was shocked how amazingly talented this band is! The food was delicious and server Gabby was very attentive and quick with our drinks, food etc…. For sure a diamond spot! Highly recommend!!!

The venue is beautiful and the $10 cover charge is very reasonable. However, the food options really need to be restructured. When I'm going out to a concert, I want to be able to have reasonably priced food options. The menu that was presented for the Harold Dawson Band, was way overly priced and it didn't have many options that sounded good for my palette.

The venue was ok, it remained me of a conference room. The band was amazing. They also have a very limited menu and the drinks were not good. Service was limited, I think they need more staff to accommodate the crowd.

I’ve attended three events at this venue and my experience was the same each time. The ambiance was nice, the venue is beautiful and clean, the staff was nice but the food and the service 👎🏾👎🏾 The menu houses items that sound quite delightful however, the taste and quality just don’t match. The bar staff is extremely slow and the drinks were a miss each time. I ordered a French 75 and what I received tasted like cranberry juice with seltzer water. My husband ordered an old fashioned and received bourbon with a glass of full of ice cubes and no bitters. The bar staff was not prepared to handle the crowd and definitely not trained mixologists. This place has the makings of a great venue, but food and drinks is what keep patrons coming and this rate, it’s a no for me.
