Server was relatable and thorough. Patio was beautiful. Food was good, large portions. The concierge stations lacked attendance. The only things that was a real put off was the guests who had a table of boys were allowing them to run all over, screaming and bumping into people sitting at other tables, perhaps creating an adult only section and adding some fire elements on the patio would elevate the adult experience, we would have stayed longer and enjoyed another round if so.

The tuna tartar was outstanding!! The apple walnut Gorgonzola salad only had about 3 apple chunks and too many craisins, so mostly lettuce and therefore the price was way too steep. Our entrees and dessert were great!!

Great evening with friends! Loved our service and could not believe our luck to run into Carrie as the Co General Manager! Now I know we will be back all the time! The food was amazing. I must suggest the Salmon! I feel like this could be your neighbor hang❤️

Incredible atmosphere and really well designed. We ordered 3 meals, 1 was pretty good and the other two were average at best. We wanted to love this place so bad bc it is close and has a great atmosphere. The $32 chicken was good but way overpriced, the veggies were as bland as you can make them. The pulled pork sandwich was meh and the cole slaw had no seasoning. The pulled pork macncheese was tasteless my son and wife said. Over priced and flavorless food was our experience.

Brandon did a great job! His recommendations were spot on and he helped make the night very enjoyable. The drinks and food were great and we will definitely be back!

This was not our first visit to the Mash House and all of our visits have been fantastic. This time was more special since it was our 27th Anniversary and the staff made it even more special. We would definitely recommend the Mash House and West Fork Distillery to anyone looking for good food, good drinks and a good time.

We’ve eaten here several times but did not have a great experience this visit. The restaurant wasn’t very busy but we rarely saw our server and had to flag her down every time we needed something. Our entrees were good but the dessert was awful. I’m pretty sure the server forgot to put the order in for the skillet cookie. Once we got it, it was barely warm and too hard to cut with our spoons. The skillet was cold so there was no way the cookie was cooked in the skillet. We didn’t have any napkins left and asked twice for some but ended up getting them ourselves.

Such a disappointing experience. Service was meh at best. We ordered cheese curds, which were actually really good. I ordered a tenderloin for my meal. It was 99.9% breading, too salty, and it had a big hair in it. Kids were on the second level throwing things over the railings on other patrons down below. I will definitely never be back.
