This was not our first visit to the Mash House and all of our visits have been fantastic. This time was more special since it was our 27th Anniversary and the staff made it even more special. We would definitely recommend the Mash House and West Fork Distillery to anyone looking for good food, good drinks and a good time.

We’ve eaten here several times but did not have a great experience this visit. The restaurant wasn’t very busy but we rarely saw our server and had to flag her down every time we needed something. Our entrees were good but the dessert was awful. I’m pretty sure the server forgot to put the order in for the skillet cookie. Once we got it, it was barely warm and too hard to cut with our spoons. The skillet was cold so there was no way the cookie was cooked in the skillet. We didn’t have any napkins left and asked twice for some but ended up getting them ourselves.

Such a disappointing experience. Service was meh at best. We ordered cheese curds, which were actually really good. I ordered a tenderloin for my meal. It was 99.9% breading, too salty, and it had a big hair in it. Kids were on the second level throwing things over the railings on other patrons down below. I will definitely never be back.

Food was good - service was great. Not much there on the vegetarian side of things, which was disappointing.

First time experience. I thought the tenderloin would be a safe bet, but I was WRONG! There was more fried breading than tenderloin. In addition to the food I couldn’t eat, there was a parade of flies throughout the restaurant. More like a third-world country eating experience.

Steven, I apologize for the experience you recently had at our facility. Your comments about the tenderloin have been reported to the kitchen. It sounds like our team pounded out that tenderloin a bit too much, as they're normally very thick and juicy with just the right ratio of breading to pork. As for your other comment, we're a restaurant that sometimes operates with our large garage doors open when the weather is right as people love the fresh air. While we do our best to combat flies via licensed pest control and proper cleaning, it's very difficult to get them all during these hot summer months. We hope you'll give us another shot sometime. This was a first time experience for us! We absolutely loved it and cannot wait to come back. The only thing that was off putting was the noise level and the kids all running around. I wish we would have had a table downstairs versus up as we were celebrating our anniversary and it felt like we got put up with all the large parties upstairs. The food was absolutely amazing and it was sooo reasonably priced! We did the tasting after dinner and it was great. I would recommend that some of the bourbon be in ice or chilled for those who like to drink theirs cold/chilled. Cannot wait to come back and experience it again! It’s an amazing location!

The food and service were fantastic. The noise level is what you’d expect in an industrial chic setting and the ambiance in the building is great. We’ve been twice now and will continue to come back.

I had the truffle burger and it was excellent. I am pretty picky when it comes to burgers and am oftentimes disappointed. This burger was so flavorful and the bun super soft. I loved all of the flavors that the toppings contributed. I would definitely order it again!

I had lunch at the Mash House with a friend. My reservation was acknowledged then I was seated immediately at a table. The Mash House has a wonderful bar with a very open feeling with high ceilings and windows. Our server greeted us warmly then took our drink orders. The drinks arrived promptly. We both ordered a salad with tomatoes, corn, beans and grated cheese. I had mine with ranch dressing which was served in a large amount on the side. The salad was very fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend the Mash House for a casual lunch or dinner in a wonderful setting.
