   A splendid experience. The mussels was soft and in a well balanced sauce, mopped up with treacle bread. Chicken pie to share was fabulous. A good wine list. Efficient and friendly service. Perfect.

   We went on Wednesday for the curry special - absolutely delicious and great value! The upstairs area offers a really nice dining experience too - good energy but not too loud or chaotic

   Lovely gastro pub. The food and service were really good and their upstairs room combines well the traditional building with a modern flare, however everything was about £5 more expensive than what it should be. Mains cost anything between £23-£33 so it just felt too high for a gastro pub of its type.

   Had a lovely meal Chap who served us was great I had an issue with my main which he sorted with no hassle or questions Would definitely recommend

   Service was a touch slow overall and staff had to be chivvied to get things done. They were very polite and engaging though. Food was amazing

   Our wait- staff were incredible! Attentive, patient and kind with great recommendations! The food was Lucious and indulgent. Great for sharing and fantastic quality! Would absolutely go back

    All in all the food was really good! Some the dishes lacked a lil flavour, the chicken was a bit bland for example. The chocolate hazelnut dessert was amazing though! Quite expensive but nice service and they let you have a leisurely lunch which is hard to come by these days in London!
