At the Market Bistro we love fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, good wines, cooking up a storm, spending time with friends and family, a good laugh, the outdoors and meeting new people. We made the Market Bistro our home and welcome you to it to share a good meal. Our open kitchen concept will let you feel the full experience!

Please note that reservation durations are limited to 1.5hrs due to limited capacity.

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding! So glad we tried it out. We had the Meatballs, chicken marsala and the Pollo penne.

Food was amazing and delicious! Server was very good! Friendly, helpful, but unfortunately run off his feet … very busy. Place is pretty small. When we arrived the front door was open and unfortunately we were seated by the door. While it was warm in the bistro, there was a cool wind blowing through the door so we eventually had to ask to get it closed. We had asked to purchase some bread, which we thought would come as our appetizer, but it was served at the same time as our meal. Overall, it was a nice evening.

Went here as it was close to where we are staying, lucky for us. The staff were all lovely and food was so good. Couldn't fault anything

Excellent Italian food in an intimate, cute setting. Good wine choices. Bread service was delicious. Wait staff were personable and attentive. Definitely has bistro vibes.

My wife and sisters were gathered here for my wife’s 60th birthday. The staff and specially their waiter went all out to make the evening a special occasion. They all travelled from Idaho and Washington and gathered in Canmore for weekend. The food was fantastic and the vibe was awesome Thanks very much.

This was our first time at this restaurant. We had a table outside with a bit of a view of mountains and sunset. Our waiter was excellent. Our food was delicious. We will be back.

When we arrived it was a beautiful evening and we asked if we could sit outside but the hostess kept providing reasons not too, it’s very windy, there are wasps, etc. she really pushed us to sit inside. Although in watching everyone else get seated outside they clearly weren’t bothered by wind or pests. It was uncomfortably hot inside with the open kitchen. I had to go outside and sit for a few minutes I got so hot I felt faint. This caused me not to enjoy my meal although the food was good. It appeared they were trying to leave outdoor seating for locals and I was very disappointed by the subterfuge. I really wished we had pushed to sit outside.
