Le service à table était exécrable. Le serveur a renversé un cocktail en nous servant et il ne nous même pas proposé de serviette pour nettoyer.

Service was slow (40 mins btw app & entree) and inattentive (did not check for wine/drink reorders in between courses) with the exception of one young waiter who checked on the tables along the wall until admonished by our waiter. The waitstaff seemed to be focused on a large party of 35 that came in an hour after we were seated. Likely the kitchen was too given the length of time between courses. Food was not great. Bread was warm and came out timely. Appetizer seared scallops were tasty, but both pasta dishes (pomodoro and fusilli/cod) we ordered as mains were disappointing, especially the cod/fusili, which tasted terrible and had a weird texture. They also added a 10 Euro service charge to the bill for our party of two. Beautiful space, but I would not recommend this restaurant.

Extremely good food, especially pasta. Very elegant ambience, good service, good location. Prices are conform to quality.

Food is outstanding , environment very beautiful, for my surprise not too crowded even the waiter said all tables are reserved . Service could be better, I asked to change table to the waiter , once the restaurant was empty and I sit close to a table in which the waiter “created” a fifth seat very very close to me to accommodate a family with two children. Anyway, I recommend this restaurant .

Nice futuristic decor by Tom Dixon. DJ in the background mixing cool house tunes. Wile the music was nice, it does not really work with the kind of food they're offering on the menu. We tried the tasting menu. It was uninspired and a lot of the items on the plates were not really pleasant to eat. The worst was the wait though - it took 3 hours for 6 courses. Waiting 30 minutes for every course was absolutely unacceptable! The service was not very attentive and not well informed. Will not come again!

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with the Manzoni. The stuff (except for 2-3 people) were very unfriendly and arrogant and the entire restaurant was incredibly cold, making it almost unbearable. When we asked to close the front door so that it wasn't so draughty, we were told that there was no way we could do that because it was "Design Week". Extremely incompetent. The food was not worth mentioning for the price. The interior design was nice. We were very disappointed and will not visit the restaurant again.

The ambience and the setting are very nice and I don’t know if it was just a bad day but the restaurant was clearly fully booked and I think there were only 2 waiters. It took so long to get a drink or to get the waiter’s attention and at one point a waiter seemingly completely ignored one of us asking to order some wine. Food was nice but nothing blew me away. Very generous portion sizes though!
