The MAINE is a New England Brasserie with five distinct rooms, split across three floors of a converted Georgian Townhouse in the heart of Mayfair. Each room offers a unique experience, whether you are after long lunches in the Winter garden Terrace, intimate candle-lit dinners in the vaulted Tavern, dinner and entertainment in the Brasserie or you are hosting a private event in the Drawing Room, The MAINE delivers an experience you will not soon forget. We went there for my son’s graduation and we were very happy with our table and our waiter was very attentive and friendly. Food was delicious and large portions which was great . Music was fabulous and overall we all had a fabulous time . Thank u .😊

The food was tasty, with good portions. Our server Vish was very helpful making recommendations when needed.

This was probably my 8th time coming to the Maine and the quality of the service has significantly decreased over the last few times I visited the restaurant. Perhaps it was just bad luck. However, I felt a rather hostile energy coming from the staff, who were always very friendly and lovely. I’m not sure what changed. On top of that the live music was way too loud for me to enjoy a conversation with someone sitting right next to me. They continuously played the whole time. No breaks. So me and my fried had to yell at each other to be able to carry out the conversation.

Appetizers were good. Mains came out extremely late, to the point where we didnt have time to have desserts later. The steak was mediocre

Awful service Very rushed then got asked to move seats as our table was needed back Never been so shocked before in a restaurant when the guy actually pulled the table away from us and we were told to move !!! Appalling Would not return

Sat my guest at the wrong table due to him wearing linen shorts in 32 degree weather. The manager quickly rectified and gave him spare trousers. Then got taken to the main restaurant where initially booked to find out that the customers next to our table were wearing shorts. Then later my second drink was hugely delayed and the waiter said it wasn’t in the system when checking so we ordered another drink a few mins later the 2 drinks arrived together…. 2 starters 2 mains and 1 side totalling around £280. Very loud inside so was overly stimulated.

Everything was amazing but the food can be better than that, I didn’t really like it but the ambiance and service were absolutely fantastic
