It was FREEZING! It was a very busy night so the kitchen was extremely slow. Had to ask a random server to find us a server bc after 15 mins of no one stopping at our table.... Things seemed slow to all the tables around so food was taking forever. We anticipated that so we only ordered apps to help speed things up. It looks 45mins to get apps. They were good. The server that came to help us when the other didn't show up was great. He was busy but he did a good job and kept apologizing for how backed up the kitchen was. Overall food was good, service was good, environment was Freezing, and timing was off. We will still return, but mainly bc those tacos on the apps menu are GREAT!

We had a brunch here on a Saturday. The food and drinks were great. We will definitely return. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the salsa.

Our server was great ! She was very knowledgeable of the menu and checked on us frequently to insure that everything was going well. It was our first time eating at the Mail Room and diffidently won't be our last.

Food was good and the atmosphere was great. Exceptional service. One of the best places to eat in Clarksville.

First time. Excellent service, good food and good value. Only bad thing was a lot of flies on the window beside out table

Waitresses were amazing! Such good personalities. Food was not great. The three people who ordered burger and chicken sandwiches said they were good but the burger was cold. The fries were a weird dark color, soggy, cold and very salty. Worst fries I’ve even tasted but being that they were I soggy and cold made it worse. I had veggie pesto dish. It would’ve been good but the creamy pesto sauce was so over salted o could not each but a little bit and I didn’t even take home leftovers because I could not take eating anymore of that super salty dish. I would rather have had a light pesto sauce instead of this over salted creamy dish. And the creamy sauce was super runny instead of being a thicker creamy base. Overall, waitresses were the bright spot. Food was terrible for the price we paid. Won’t return.

I will seed it right away with the reservations I made! Service was totally on point our waitress was superb! Food was excellent, and the atmosphere was absolutely beautiful! I will definitely be back!
