A casual and charming pub with beer at its heart! Set in the beautiful village of Old Knebworth, North Hertfordshire, just on the edge of the historic Knebworth Estate, surrounded by wonderful walks and cycle routes.

Our new menu showcases the best of local seasonal produce, all freshly prepared on site. Micheal Kirby the new head chef, classically trained, offers a contemporary take on pub classic dishes.
Book ahead for Sunday lunch as it is always popular.

Beautiful beer garden with some covered areas.

Great pub with wonderful service and a beautiful garden. The only negative thing was that we sat in the conservatory which was inundated with flies. Unfortunately, one of them landed in my tea, so they had to bring me a fresh cup! Apart from that, we had a lovely lunch and would definitely go back there again.

Perfect Sunday roast yet again! The staff are brilliant, in particular Fran. The food I hot and comes out in no time at all, the facilities are lovely and clean. We just love coming to the Lytton Arms :)

Sitting at table #1 felt like sitting in a corridor. There was a large table of about 12 just a few feet away which made having a conversation almost impossible. Very limited gluten free options for dessert.

Great pub, tasty food (not the cheapest Sunday lunch but you get what you pay for). Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Lovely setting in Knebworth and gorgeous garden area

First time at the Lytton Arms and very impressed. The staff were all friendly and professional and eager to assist. The various seating areas were all very appealing and comfortable and perfect for a summers evening. There was plenty of choice for all of our party and the food was very enjoyable and tasty. Good quality meal presentation and taste with great accompanying drinks. Hope to return again soon!

One of the best sunday roasts we've had out, would highly recommend! The service was also amazing. My husband has food intolerances and the staff were so accommodating and helpful. We often struggle eating out because of the risk of eating something that will make him unwell, but they were so thorough it completely put us at ease, in particular Daniella and Sofia who helped when ordering and speaking to the kitchen. It's the best service we've had in terms of dealing with intolerances and so would strongly recommend to anyone who gets nervous about eating out. Generally just a really lovely pub with a great menu and great outdoor seating too. We would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!
