    Join us for a Charity Jazz Lunch at our beautiful restaurant. Friday 4th October 1pm-3pm. A Delicious 3 course set menu including a glass or wine or fizz accompanied by LIVE Jazz by our local out of the blue Jazz band. All for £30. £10 from every ticket will be donated by our restaurant to the Brightwells Gostrey Meals on Wheels charity which delivers lunches to Farnham and the local community. We are honoured to have as our main guest the Major of Farnham who will join and support us with this very special Charity Event.     Absolutely dead. I booked purely based on the expectation of Sunday family lunch amongst a good atmosphere. The advertising and social media channels promised a magician from 1pm-3pm and the socials showed a busy funky vibe in central Farnham. Reality was an absolutely dead restaurant with zero atmosphere. We were the only customers in there for the entire duration of our lunch (awkward!) and there was no magician. Food was decent. We were in and out in 45 mins. Would not recommend.

    Hello John, Thank you for your comments. Our magician was not attending last week and we did post on our social media to state this. As any business, we have our quiet days but we also have our at capacity days that. These are not predictable.     What a shame I was really looking forward to coming here, unfortunately the food was very disappointing. Compared to the sister restaurants this was just awful in value and service, I won’t be returning

    This is my second visit to The Luxe, both times the food and service was excellent. The decor is outstanding. Sadly I thought the Abba singer left a lot to be desired. However I will definitely be visiting again.

    Lovely atmosphere, excellent service, good food. Bit pricy for what we had but we enjoyed our evening. We would go back again.

    We went midweek at 7.30 and the restaurant was very quiet. Consequently, if you want something more lively you might want to go at another time

    It was a Tuesday evening and we were the only couple in the place so I did expect. The main was excellent, about time we had a decent eating house. We will definitely return and would highly recommend Jeff

    As a 37yr old woman, I would not expect to write a review commenting on the noise levels in a restaurant for at least another 30 years, but here I am…. This was possibly the loudest restaurant I’ve EVER been to. Even shouting over the table, my company couldn’t hear me very well!! The food is very expensive for what it is, I was rather disappointed by the prices vs quantity in all honesty. The waiting staff were a little bit too much - constantly over our shoulders asking if we had finished so they could clear our plates wasn’t very nice, especially when people on the table were clearly still eating. Although the service was good, it was just a bit over the top. Unfortunately the sound levels put a real downer on our evening, and combined with the costs, I don’t think we will return any time soon, sorry!

    Starters - chicken livers octopus delicious - seasoning and dressings delicious . Skewered lamb main the best lamb I’ve had in a long time - accompanied by eggplant and tzatziki
