    Second time here. My first time was two months ago for breakfast/lunch which I was very happy with. The only negative was being asked if we had a reservation which gave us a small scare. We lined up before they opened at 10:30am. Sitting at the bar was acceptable for the two of us. The experience was good and both of us agree that we would back at another time for dinner. This second time was with another couple from out of town. We selected the family style meal for 4 at $50 per person. Normally I would not be this adventurous with so many different dishes that I have never tried before. The meal variety made it top notch. All the selections were good with some disagreements on which was the best. It seemed like we all had different picks on which dish was the best. I look forward for the next time at the Lunch Lady!

    Had a reservation but had to wait a bit to get in as the kitchen was backed up, however they apologized and sat us as quickly as they could. Service was good. The food was top notch! Every dish was delicious. We had just returned from a trip to Vietnam and the food was just as good. They even put a candle in the dessert to help us celebrate our daughters birthday. This was appreciated:) We will definitely return!

    Food was absolutely top-notch! We ordered two appetizers, two mains, and a dessert, which led us through a journey of wonderful flavors. Great experience and highly recommend! Would also like to give a shout-out to the awesome service. Our server, Caleb, is as ideal as it gets. 10 out of 10 across the board for his professionalism, positivity, and the entire dinner experience which he carried through for us with first-class skills. The food was already great, the service made it even better.

    The only thing we’d improve is the outdoor stools - they aren’t very comfortable

    We went to this popular and busy eatery to celebrate my birthday. We were asked to give the table back after 1 hour 45 minutes. There were constant line up just outside the door and the tables turn fast. Highly recommend making a reservations online and use the message function to make any changes to communicate with the restaurant. We added another person last minute and we called the restaurant and were on hold for over 15 minutes. But response was fast with message on the website. We went on a Friday at Lunch time - bonus is the weekend brunch items are available. They also offer daily menu and special features. Our server Naoki was very attentive and efficient. We ordered: Beef Carpaccio (4/5) - personal preference to being a little saucier and less fried garlic Softshell Crab Frittata - comes with 3 pieces and we asked to add to 4 as there were four of us. (5/5) - very tasty, not oily, crab was moist with crunch, refreshing sauce to wrap inside lettuce and herbs. Wagyu Pho (5/5) - the giant marrow was my sister’s favourite, I enjoy the beef on the side as I like my beef just pink, the slow poach egg in the broth was perfect and the broth was so so good, depth in flavour but does not overwhelm the added marrow or beef. Sizzling Beef - Brunch feature (3/5) - our least favorite, the beef was super chewy for marinated, the waffle fries was a little stale and soggy from the delicious gravy, the Bah Min (French Bread) served with it was not as a baguette should be and chewy. The gravy was good. Fried Tofu & Vermicelli (4/5) - we were too full to appreciate this dish, tried one of the two pieces of spring roll included and it was good. Would prefer the sauce over the tofu offer on the side so it’s less soggy over the Fried Tofu. Our server was informed this was a birthday lunch and the manager comp the Pandan Sticky Rice Cake (5/5) - not as sweet as described and the Pandan flavour inside balanced the sweet of the Red Bean Sauce, etc. We finished our meal with

    Delicious ! Lunch Lady did not disappoint! The wagyu beef/marrow Pho was very tasty and the soup was to die for. We would come back in a heartbeat!

    Food was delicious and service was fast. My water cup was never empty. The only downside is parking, which they have no control over. Would definitely be back!
