This was our second visit to The Lost Fire and we were extremely satisfied each time. The host was warm and friendly and we were seated immediately. Our server was polite and very helpful. The food here is absolutely delicious! We love everything about the dining experience here and will definitely be coming back!

We ordered a bottle of red wine, two appetizers and a main course. The server brought our wine and one of the apps in a timely fashion. Before receiving our second app, our main course was served. The server apologized for the mistake and offered to bring the second appetizer, but we had already started eating the main course. A few minutes later, the manager came by and offered to bring the second appetizer. We declined. No offer to do anything to compensate us for the server's mistake. It would have been nice if she had offered us a free dessert. NOTHING! We have dined at the Lost Fire several times in the past, but won't be rushing back.

They took excellent care of us for my wife’s 30th birthday. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable on the menu, and the food was delicious and clearly made by hands that care for quality.

Steaks were delicious. Our server was wonderful. Music was a bit too loud for conversation.

We had a reservation for my birthday and had to wait almost a half hour for a table regardless. The host or maybe the manager (blonde woman) at the front was clearly stressed and just not polite to her colleagues or any of the guests at all. She looked angered, was loud rolling her eyes and bossing everyone around rudely. It didn't make for a pleasant entrance to see her face or behavior. Then my boyfriend told them it was my birthday which was also on the reservation which they did not acknowledge at all. When he told them about it they said if we bought a dessert they could put a candle in it. Mind you this was the same rude blonde manager or whatever at the front. We found that absurd that they don't offer you anything complimentary for your birthday it isn't like the place is cheap and not already charging a good penny for the food. We felt unappreciated and unhappy that we chose this place to celebrate my birthday. For a so called nice place you would have thought they would be kind humans but it was far from it!
